By accessing or using the Relayer website ("Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Relayer provides consulting services focused on intellectual property risk mapping for creator ecosystems and UGC platforms. Our services include discovery, analysis, and the production of visual artifacts that help organizations understand and address IP risk.
Important: Relayer is not a law firm. We do not provide legal advice, represent clients in legal matters, certify compliance, or act as legal counsel. Our deliverables are strategic consulting artifacts, not legal documents. For legal advice, please consult a licensed attorney.
You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:
All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and design — is owned by Relayer or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our written permission.

If you reach out to us via email or any other channel, you represent that any information you share is accurate and that you have the authority to share it. We will use your communication to respond to your inquiry and potentially discuss services, as described in our Privacy Policy.
The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Relayer does not warrant that:
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Relayer and its officers, employees, contractors, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind arising from your use of or inability to use the Site, any content obtained from the Site, or unauthorized access to or alteration of your data.
In no event shall Relayer's total cumulative liability to you for any and all claims arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Site exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100.00), regardless of the form or nature of the claim or the theory of liability.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Relayer and its officers, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas, and you hereby irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts. You waive any objection to the laying of venue in such courts and any claim that such courts represent an inconvenient forum.
Before filing any formal legal claim, you agree to first contact us at hello@relayer.gg and provide a written description of the dispute, and both parties will attempt in good faith to resolve it informally within thirty (30) days. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief for urgent matters.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
